Rates are MAP (Modified American Plan): includes breakfast and dinner. Optional CP (Continental Plan) rate: includes breakfast only; deduct $28.00 pp/day from MAP rate. No deductions from Child's rate. Optional EP (European Plan) rate: no meals included; decut $35.00 pp/day from MAP rate. No deductions from Child's rate. Rates are per day, quoted in US dollars. 10% service charge and 7% government tax additional. Rates include transfers to and from airport of jetty, welcome drink, Manager's punch party, floating mats, snorkel gear, and room service. All rooms have twin or queen beds, private bathroom, ceiling fan, hot water, beach chairs, hair-dryer, and verandah. Payment Policy: A 50% room deposit is due upon booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: If more than 30 days prior to arrival, full refund less $100.00. If 30 days or less, or for no-shows, three-night penalty plus $100.00. |
